Do not take the electric cord out of the socket during operation of
the appliance. You should first turn it off.
After using the appliance let it cool for a few minutes. After that
you can boil water in it again.
DESCRIPTION OF
THE APPLIANCE

BEFORE USE
Remove all packing materials from appliance;
make sure that there are no foreign items in it.
Wash internal surface of kettle with warm
soapy water, rinse carefully and wipe dry. In case
of unusual odor fill the kettle up to a maximum level
with vinegar solution (1 element of 9 % vinegar
per 20 elements of water), let the kettle soak for
an hour. Then wash out the kettle with tap water, boil water in the
kettle and pour it out.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Place the kettle with power base on dry hori-
zontal surface.
2. Lift the kettle off the base (7), open the lid (2)
and fill the kettle with water.
Note: The kettle lid can be fixed in the
vertical position for your convenience. To
open the lid push the lid button slightly to fix it (see
Fig. B).
3. Make sure the water level stays between the minimum and the
maximum marks on the water gauge (4). Do not switch on an empty
kettle.
4. Close the lid (2) and replace the kettle on the base (7).
5. Plug to AC outlet with the voltage corresponded to the informa-
tion on the product label.
6. Switch the kettle on by the on/off switch (5). The indicator light
will go on showing that the water is being boiled.
7. When the water has boiled the appliance will switch off automati-
cally. Disconnect the kettle from the outlet. You may also manually
switch the kettle off before the boiling process is complete using
the on/off switch (5).
